Konrad Sherinian represents clients in the areas of Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation In particular, Mr. Sherinian concentrates his practice in three areas:

First, Konrad works with inventors and technology companies to obtain patent protection for their inventions. Since being admitted to practice before the Patent & Trademark Office in 2004, Konrad has written more than 200 patent applications, with numerous issued patents. In particular, since this law firm was founded in 2012, numerous patents have issued for its clients in technology areas ranging from software to radio controlled aircraft.

Second, Konrad represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Patent & Trademark Office. This includes proceedings before the Patent Trials and Appeals Board, as well as the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board. Konrad has an exellent record in proceedings before both bodies where he has acted as lead attorney.

Third, Konrad represents clients in commercial litigation matters with a primary focus on intellectual property and technology cases in both Illinois and Federal Courts. Mr. Sherinian’s record in commercial cases is excellent, and he has often been sought out for active cases weeks before trial.

Konrad immerses himself in every matter that he handles, and focuses on fully understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each case.

Konrad is a prior co-chair of the ABA’s Inequitable Conduct Subcommittee, and has authored multiple articles and made numerous presentations to various industry groups on intellectual property and litigation. He resides in Naperville with his children.
