On October 10, 2012, the Law Offices of Konrad Sherinian, LLC filed suit against Steed Media, Inc. and Danielle Canada for posting a photo owned by Brandon Wade Licensing, LLC on its website without a license. In addition to committing copyright infringement, Steed and Canada are also accused of cropping out a watermark that clearly identified the photo as belonging to Brandon Wade.
