Represented plaintiff-patentee in infringement action against former inventor and obtained settlement which included an injunction on consent and turn over of molds used by defendant to make infringing products.

Proctor & Gamble v Nabisco Brands, Inc. , Keebler Company and Frito-Lay, Inc.
District of Delaware, 1984-1989
Part of trial team representing Keebler Company in patent infringement lawsuit involving dual-dough, dual-texture cookies. Case settled with Keebler Company continuing to produce its Soft Batch cookies and Proctor & Gamble eventually phasing out its patented cookies.

Kuhn, SA v White New Idea Products Corporation
Northern District of Ohio, 1991-1993
Represented defendant in patent infringement lawsuit initially brought by French agricultural manufacturing company in Eastern District of Virginia. Successful in transferring case to home district of defendant, in Ohio. Discovery involved obtaining interpreters and translators for depositions and document production in France. Case settled favorable to both parties.

Village of Northbrook, Lake County Public Water District & Northwest Indiana Water Corporation v Paul G. Rufolo
Northern District of Illinois, 1995-1997
Represented consortium of municipalities and water utilizes in declaratory judgment action seeking declaration of invalidity and noninfringement of patent on zebra mussel infestation prevention system, leading domestic and foreign discovery searches as well as drafting four summary judgment motions leading to stipulate dismissal of all related claims against plaintiffs.
