Edward Bi

CR_BiEdward Bi is a partner of The Law Offices of Konrad Sherinian, LLC.  As an accomplished intellectual property attorney, he has extensive experience in patent law, copyright law, trademark law, Internet, computer software, computer systems, wireless communication, mechanical engineering, and other areas.

At The Law Offices of Konrad Sherinian, LLC, he conducts both patent and trademark prosecution for numerous clients in different technology and product areas. Working with other attorneys, he currently litigates multiple patent and copyright cases. Edward fiercely fights for his clients’ interest and has successfully defended and resolved dozens of ISP subpoena and copyright infringement cases.

He began his legal career with as a Patent Litigation Technical Expert, conducting patent invalidity and infringement analyses for multiple patent litigation cases. Later, at Howard Rockman, P.C., Edward drafted numerous method and apparatus patent applications in the fields of wireless network communication and computer technologies. At The Mason Group Patent Specialists, Edward continued to prosecute patents in the fields of computer, Internet, wireless communication and telecommunication technologies.

Prior to starting his legal career, Edward was a successful engineer and engineering manager. He developed many state-of-the-art products in the fields of computer systems, computer software, Internet, and wireless communication. He also started two technology companies and was highly successful in building and managing engineering teams. His passion for technology and mastery of the law give him an intense advantage in the court room.

Edward is also a prolific inventor, and is listed on 35 U.S. patents and published applications.
